FSM25 Fluorescence Microscope System
This Greenough Fluorescence Stereo Microscope is a low cost option for tagging, sorting and picking of fluroescence tagged transgenic species.
The FSM25 comes with two base component configurations:
* FBS25 Standard - Plate base with no transmitted light (fluorescence capabilities only). This system can accept up to 2 fluorescence filter sets into the filter set slider. This system comes standard with a 3mm Liquid Light Guide Adapter but can be upgraded to a custom CoolLED Adapter and Light Source honed for GFP fluroescence illumination.
* FBS25 LX- Sleek LED Transmitted Light Base (also contains fluorescence capabilities). This system can accept up to 1 fluorescence filter set into the filter set slider (in order to maintain transmitted light capabilities). This system comes standard with a 3mm Liquid Light Guide Adapter but can be upgraded to a custom CoolLED Adapter and Light Source honed for GFP fluroescence illumination.
